Most clients do not update anything for months - address, phone and service description stay the same. If a lunch menu or hours change, you can: (1) message us - 25€/mo + VAT, (2) order a one-off update 29€ + VAT, or (3) annual pack 290€/year + VAT (same service as monthly). Monthly fee is not required. A small change means one limited item and takes about 15 minutes.

A mailbox is not included in the site package. We guide the order. Domain connection and HTTPS at publication are included. You own the account and pay the provider renewal. HRP does not store passwords. Domain is in your name (personal ID or business ID); invoices go straight to you from Shellit.org.
Build does not start until materials (texts, photos, logo), Shellit.org order and 50% deposit are in place. That way work moves without waiting.

Two revision rounds are included before launch. Two further rounds together are 49€ + VAT (61.50€ incl. VAT). A mistake on our side does not use one of your rounds.
No. Jazzholes is a multi-page band site - it shows what we can do technically. A restaurant, barber or other business site is built with your logo, colours and texts. Structure is simpler and the look is tailored to you.
You can - but it takes your time and results vary. We deliver a finished professional site for one price. No monthly Wix fee, no template wrestling.
Every site includes basic SEO: titles, descriptions, mobile-friendliness and fast loading. We do not sell a full SEO campaign - but Google Business linking and the basic structure are included.
Social media reaches followers. A website is an address you can put on a card, in search and on a map. A platform change does not close it. If social media is enough for you, you do not have to order a site. You can ask first.
You do not have to throw it away before someone looks. The free check is at tools.hrpsivut.fi. It does not book work. A small repair can be enough. If the base is messy, a new site is often clearer.
The first message only needs your name, what you do, and whether a site already exists. Later we need text, pictures, contact details and a logo if you have one. Do not send a password by email or by the form. The domain is ordered in your name.
No. Osku handles the launch once the materials and the Shellit order are in place. You do not have to touch the server. Updates after launch are optional.
The site, domain and hosting stay in your name. The domain and hosting invoice comes from Shellit.org to you, not from HRP. HRP does not keep the site as leverage.
You get the address and a short handover: who owns the domain, who pays for hosting, and how a small change is ordered. A monthly maintenance fee is not required. Two revision rounds are included before launch.
A limited repair, such as titles, a share image or a few links, can be asked about separately. It has no published price. If the work grows into a new site, that becomes a normal quote from 249 euros.

We are based in Lahti. Meetings in person or by phone - whichever suits you. Being local is a plus: we know the area and are easy to reach.
